Yes. EYRA ships within Ireland, the EU, the UK, and internationally via DPD.
Delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. All orders are carefully packed and dispatched from Ireland.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 working days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
During holiday periods or high-volume times, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Orders delivered within Ireland and the EU will not incur additional customs charges.
For UK and international deliveries, customs duties or local taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To initiate a return, please email orders@eyrahair.com with your order number and reason for return, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact orders@eyrahair.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
