We hope you love your EYRA products. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return:

1. Email info@eyrahair.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for return shipment.
3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned items.

Please note:
– Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
– We cannot accept returns on opened or used products for hygiene reasons.
– If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery for immediate assistance.
